Prismal is in active development. This page will hold the full privacy policy at v1. The principles we’re building on, stated up front:

• Photos are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Cloudflare R2 for object storage.
• We share what you choose, with whom you choose, only after you say so. When you book a matched provider, we send only the relevant slice of your report (your concerns and your contact), not your full photos or measurement set.
• Dataset contribution to improve our AI is opt-in only, default off. You can change it at any time. We never use your photos to train models without your explicit consent.
• You can request deletion at any time. We honor it within 30 days across our database, our object storage, and any analytics profile.
• We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Ever.
• We are not a HIPAA-covered entity. We are an educational and cosmetic product, not a medical service.
